A customer satisfaction survey was carried out among the Financial’s clients to better understand their expectations and to further improve the assistance offered. We are pleased to present a summary of the results of this survey conducted by Ipsos research firm in February 2018.
The survey showed a high and stable level of satisfaction. In addition, the proportion of clients who say they are “very satisfied” increased by 5% since our 2014 survey! We are also very pleased to note that our clients are loyal and willing to recommend us and that they feel we stand out very positively from the competition.
In this our 40th year, such feedback is a superb vote of confidence from our clients. We sincerely thank you for your continued trust.
