fdp is proud to have obtained the CA engag\u00e9 <\/strong>(engaged board of directors) seal from the Ordre des administrateurs agr\u00e9\u00e9s du Qu\u00e9bec (Adm.A.), which testifies to the determination of its board of directors to not only foster a respectful work environment, but also to disseminate a culture of respect for all of its employees, in all circumstances.<\/p>\n
This designation is also in keeping with the ESG (environmental, social and governance) strategies adopted by fdp and demonstrates its ongoing efforts to optimize its governance principles.<\/p>\n
A concerted approach<\/strong><\/p>\n
To obtain this designation, fdp\u2019s directors completed specific training on the importance of combatting harassment in its organization and in the workplace in general. They also adhered to the guiding principles of the Ordre des Adm.A. on the sensitive subject of harassment.<\/p>\n
