Me Pierre-Luc Desgagné sits on the boards of directors of Professionals’ Financial and Professionals’ Financial – Mutual Funds.
During his career, Mr. Pierre-Luc Desgagné was a partner in a large Quebec law firm, where he developed expertise in business law. Prior to that, he held several management positions during his 16 years with Hydro-Québec, including that of Vice-President of Corporate Affairs and Secretary General of the organization. In the late 1990s, Mr. Desgagné was also Deputy Chief of Staff to the Premier of Quebec. He then held the position of Quebec’s Delegate General in Brussels. From 2021 to 2026, he was the General Manager of the Fédération des médecins spécialistes du Québec (FMSQ).
