As Vice-President, Culture and Human Capital, Céline Sage is responsible for developing human resources strategies and practices for fdp. With a strategic and pragmatic approach, she ensures compliance with the best human resources management programs and processes in order to support fdp in its development and offer employees a stimulating work environment while taking into account business considerations.
A seasoned professional in human resources management, with nearly 25 years of experience in the field, Céline Sage has held high-level positions in various organizations, including with MIP Inc., Société de transport de Montréal (STM), WSP and Bombardier Aerospace. Involved in her community, Céline is chair of the board of directors of Suicide Action Montréal.
Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Université de Sherbrooke (B.A.A.), Ms. Sage holds the IAS.A. designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. She is also a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés du Québec (CRHA).
