As of November 26, fdp Private Wealth Management clients will be able to view their account documents on the Client Portal, our new secure platform. In addition to its new look, the Client Portal offers improvements that will enhance your user experience.
What are the advantages of this change?
- More intuitive and highly improved navigation
- Quick access to the most frequently viewed information
- Accessible on various devices, including smartphones
- Create your online access independently
- Receive a two-factor authentication code by text message or email
- Access to financial calculators
- Option to change your communication delivery preferences based on type of document (letters, tax slips)
What about the Private Area?
The old platform for viewing your accounts will remain available for a limited time, until spring 2026. The exact date of deactivation will be communicated to you at a later date.
